My Dad’s Recipe for Grilled Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

GRILLED STUFFED PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS

(2) Packages Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed dry cut-up
(1) 16oz Ricotta Cheese
(1) Container Parmasian Cheese
(2) Egg Yolks
(8) Large Portabella Mushrooms grilled on both sides

Also remove stems cut up and put in stuffing

After mushrooms are grilled nice mix spinach, Ricotta cheese, some of the Parmasain, and the yolks from eggs

Stuff mushrooms cover with the rest of Parmasain cheese cover on grill put on low until heated
