<p><span style="font-weight:bold;"><u>GRILLED</u> STUFFED PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS</span></p>
<p>(2) Packages Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed dry cut-up<br />
(1) 16oz Ricotta Cheese<br />
(1) Container Parmasian Cheese<br />
(2) Egg Yolks<br />
(8) Large Portabella Mushrooms grilled on both sides</p>
<p>[hand-drawn mushroom top with caption -- "this side up first"]</p>
<p><u>Also</u> remove stems cut up and put in stuffing</p>
<p>After mushrooms are grilled nice mix spinach, Ricotta cheese, some of the Parmasain, and the yolks from eggs</p>
<p>Stuff mushrooms cover with the rest of Parmasain cheese cover on grill put on low until heated</p>
<p>ENJOY!</p>
